This post is a new role as part of an ongoing restructure that will support changes within the Repairs & Services team. This position will report to the Mechanical & Electrical Services Manager. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, forward-thinking, and driven individual to lead all external contractor electrical installations, including decarbonisation works, Welsh Housing Quality Standard programmes, and Renting Homes act works.
The expectation of the role is to have a ‘can do’ approach, managing a small team of Technical Electrical Inspectors. The role will be vital to the daily delivery of a wide range of electrical installations within the Council housing stock.
This position will work within the Repairs & Services team, based in Ruthin Road, to achieve the very best for the Contract Holders of Wrexham. This is an exciting professional opportunity to assist in driving this area of the housing service forward.
