We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Coordinator to join our established and experienced sales & Distribution team here at RSA Leeds on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As our Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the regional pipeline management; chasing risks we are yet to see and monitoring those we have received to ensure a successful outcome.
You will be monitoring local MI to spot trends in New and Existing Business and tracking individual new business quotes for key broker partners.
You will be supporting on large tender/facility/deal pipeline opportunities, including preparation for sign off committees.
You will be responsible for the production of ad-hoc MI packs specific to a broker account, working with the data & insights team to standardise where possible.
You will build a good understanding of the local market and effectively implement the regional distribution strategy.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of building effective relationships and communicating effectively with the business.
You will have an enthusiastic approach to improving processes and driving change. A good grip of Governance and Controls, as well as experience understanding data to monitor performance, is essential.
You will have experience using judgement to make decisions efficiently, along with an understanding of RSA’s Propositions.
