This role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and understood. Key Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to gather both business and technical requirements for the integration platform, ensuring all functional and non-functional needs are identified and documented accurately. The role will involve producing clear and detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and non-functional requirements. A core aspect of the role will be analysing and prioritising requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and technical feasibility. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are understood and correctly implemented. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be tasked with identifying opportunities for business process improvements and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle will be essential to manage expectations and ensure that the project progresses smoothly. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst is required, with preference given to candidates who have experience working with integration platforms.
