Role Description:
* Lead and oversee all phases of hotel and hospitality real estate projects, from concept development through construction, ensuring projects align with brand standards and objectives.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, making strategic adjustments to meet financial and operational goals.
* Coordinate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to evaluate project viability and provide recommendations for investment decisions.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining a strong focus on sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and potential risks.
* Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments such as finance, operations, and brand management.
* Oversee post-construction activities, including quality control, operational handovers, and final inspections, ensuring successful project launch and integration into operations.
Requirements:
* Must have UK consultancy experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is advantageous.
* Must have experience in project management within the hospitality or real estate sector, with a focus on hotel developments.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale hospitality projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and regulatory requirements specific to hotel and hospitality developments.
* Expertise in conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial assessments to guide investment decisions.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional project teams and external partners.
* Strong understanding of sustainability practices and eco-friendly building standards relevant to the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project phases effectively
