Key Responsibilities: Deliver an organized, efficient, and accurate dispensing service that exceeds customer expectations. Conduct final accuracy and clinical checks, providing expert clinical advice and support across all business areas. Act as the Responsible Pharmacist when required, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Collaborate with the Pharmacy Management Team to manage and organize pharmacy operations effectively. Assist in training team members on key competencies to maintain high standards of service. Maintain compliance with CRM and Pharmacy Manager Procedures, and adhere to all SOPs. Provide professional support to other functions within Alcura and participate in an on-call service as needed.
