The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
2. Experience with HACCP.
3. Food Safety experience.
4. Internal Audit experience.
5. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in using quality management software and conducting audits.
8. Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly within Engineering & Manufacturing.
