What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of two supported living services.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated support staff.
* Ensuring high-quality care delivery while helping service users achieve their planned outcomes.
* Managing essential documentation, including report writing, risk assessments, and policy adherence.
* Participating in the on-call rotation to provide additional support when needed.
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health & Social Care (preferred).
* Full UK driving license. (must have)
* experience in team leadership (must have)
* Proven supervisory experience within supported living settings.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Alignment with values of respect, empowerment, and community engagement.
