This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to handle a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious work for quality commercial and senior individual clients. The Role You’ll manage your own caseload with support from senior lawyers and have direct client exposure across a range of employment law matters including: • Contracts, policies and advisory work • Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims • Tribunal advocacy and litigation strategy • Corporate support on TUPE and restructures • Settlement agreements and negotiation Ideal Candidate • 2 to 5 years PQE in employment law • Experience advising both employers and senior employees • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach • Confident handling client relationships • Interest in business development and team collaboration How to Apply To find out more or apply confidentially, please send your CV to Chris Prendergast at QED Legal.
