Right now, we are looking for an experienced Home Manager who must be NMC qualified ( RGN / RMN / nurse ) to join the fantastic Care Home based near Pontypridd. Registered for up to 52 residents, the home has a great reputation in the area. The home specializes in the following care categories:
1. Dementia
2. Mental Health Condition
3. Older Person Care
4. Respite Care
This is a very well-run home with excellent staffing and could be a great opportunity for a Deputy Manager looking for a step up to Home Manager.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
2. NMC pin ( NURSE / RGN / RMN )
3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
5. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
7. Recognized qualification in health & social care.
