What you will be doing:
This is a full-time role working alongside the existing business support team to handle administration & finance activities. The hours of work will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday based in our head office in Rosyth, offering a competitive salary and company pension contribution.
The successful candidate will have a variety of tasks to carry out and will be responsible for day-to-day office administration for all our Gerco Fas entities. Responsibilities will include; generating reports, purchase ledger processing, management of outstanding debtors and creditors, and working closely with the finance, project and commercial teams to resolve any queries.
What we are looking for:
This position would be ideal for someone looking to gain experience and develop in all aspects of administration and finance in varied role within the construction industry. Although previous experience and qualifications are not essential, we would be looking for someone with strong attention to detail and keen organisational skills.
