The role will report and work closely with a very strong Head of Reward, and the wider HR team to ensure all end of year process / comp season targets are hit. Key responsibilitie s:Analyse, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UKManage job grading exercises as part of the annual cycl e.Develop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing progra msTo participate in the due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions ensuring that all the relevant data is analysed according lyTo ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company polici esTo be the system reporting expert within the te amEnsure administrative excellence of benefits operatio nsTo support the provision of data for monthly/annual reporting including remuneration statements et c.
