Job Title: Graduate Digital Intelligence Data Analyst

BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, it is expected on our Graduate programme that you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements, including which days you are required to work on site/remotely, will be outlined by your line manager.
Salary: £34,000 & £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you will be doing:
As a graduate analyst in Corda (within Digital Intelligence business unit), you will be working with a team of analytical consultants to combine technical capabilities in modelling and analysis with client-facing consultancy skills, to ensure we deliver high-impact advice based on robust evidence. We work across a range of sectors, including defence, transport, and security and policing.
We are in a period of growth, so require exceptional candidates to join our team of dynamic consultants. You will work across a range of domains using a variety of analytical methods, including Operational Research techniques (e.g. simulation modelling, spreadsheet modelling, and cost/benefit analysis) or related consultancy skills (e.g. workshop facilitation, problem structuring, processing).

Skills:
As a minimum requirement, you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Numerate / STEM subjects and/or Operational Research.

On commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the "Welcome Payment").
