Here at Deichmann UK, we are looking to appoint a SalesCoordination Assistant to support with the administrative duties inour Sales Coordination team.
You will join us ona full time, permanent basis and in return will receive an initialsalary of £23,000 per annum.
This is an officebased role, working from 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday - Thursday, and from8.45am - 4.30pm on a Friday.
Idealcandidate:
This is a really exciting opportunity foran enthusiastic team player, to begin or progress their career, withan international, successful, market leading retailer.
You will provide timely, high quality, administrativeassistance to the sales coordination team, who as well as planning andcoordinating corporate events have responsibility for operationalcommunication's to stores; incorporating product, merchandising &visual merchandising information.
You must havegood administration skills, be able to show initiative, problem solveand think on your feet.
Alongside this you willbe a people person, with an ability to plan and co-ordinate a variedworkload, with a passion for delivering an exceptional service to yourcustomers; external suppliers, colleagues based in head office, and inthe retail stores.
Key activities:
* Computer literate, Microsoft Office Word, Exceland PowerPoint at least to intermediate level
* Very wellorganised with the ability to multi task, prioritise a busy workloadand meet deadlines.
* Previous experience within an officeenvironment is desirable, but not essential
* Numerate
Personal characteristics:
* Enthusiastic team player
* Greatcommunication skills, both verbal and written
* Good eye fordetail
