HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Boutique Supervisor ensures the efficiency of the daily operations within the boutique and animates the sales team. They will achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after a sale. They act as an Ambassador of the Maison at all times and as a relay of the Boutique Management on the floor.
Key responsibilities:
Boutique Performance:
* Assist the line manager with the definition, implementation, and monitoring of commercial action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
Clients' treatment:
* Behave as an Ambassador of the Brand inside and outside the Boutique.
* Provide a "wow" treatment and the highest level of service and care to all customers before, during, and after the sale.
* Master perfectly the sale ceremony (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop) and adapt according to the clients' needs and motivations.
* Be at ease during negotiation and able to handle objections or complex/challenging client relations.
* Meet individual as well as collective targets (quantitative and qualitative).
* Build a strong client relationship to increase the loyalty of the clientele.
* Be the guardian of the Client experience and lead the development of excellent client relationships (high level of service, storytelling, management of the waiting time, information about Piaget...).
* Under the supervision of the Manager, recruit the right profiles and ensure a proactive talent pipeline in the sales staff.
* Ensure the day-to-day management, training, coaching, and animation of a part of the sales staff.
Boutique operations:
* Ensure the implementation and respect of all policies, procedures, and guidelines (group, Maison, and boutique).
* Ensure that the boutique and its counters are in perfect condition at all times.
* Be responsible for the availability, knowledge, and use of client and sales tools.
* Assist the line Manager with boutique reporting.
* Participate in inventories.
Visual Merchandising:
* In collaboration with the line Manager, ensure the implementation and respect of Visual Merchandising guidelines to meet VM standards and ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* A minimum of two to five years prior sales/business experience and background in luxury activities (retail or service) is required.
* Be proactive and pre-empt boutique and team issues.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a multinational business.
* Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
* Curiosity, passion for service, and client orientation.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances.
