In this hybrid role, you’ll lead integration projects for the Company while contributing your consultancy and business analysis skills to define and deliver integration solutions for top-tier, high-growth clients.

What you’ll do:
As a Project Lead, your primary focus will be on project management, ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects. Alongside this, you’ll leverage your consultancy and business analysis skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and optimise their workflow. The role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to act decisively based on experience to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
* Lead and manage end-to-end integrations project lifecycle, from concept and planning through to execution and delivery. Ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Analyse high-level business requirements and work with the technical and consultancy teams to define integration solutions across a variety of 3rd party COTS SaaS platforms, for the automated running of clients' ecosystems.
* Collaborating with technical and consultancy teams to create comprehensive documentation such as business/systems architecture diagrams, epics and tasks for the use of in-house software engineers when implementing integration solutions.
* Owning integration solutions and serving as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring your solution has been built to specification and achieves the key client requirements.
* Understand client business processes and workflows to enable tailored and effective solutions.
* Advising and recommending clients on best practices, including operational processes and capabilities of 3rd party SaaS software.
* Chairing stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering workshops and general client engagement meetings.
* Chairing internal in-take meetings, walking engineers through your defined solution and coordinating internal teams through the project delivery lifecycle.
* Staying informed on SaaS software trends, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of newly adopted and emerging tools.
What you’ll Need:
* Proven experience in a project management role within a SaaS environment, preferably within the eCommerce space.
* Strong industry awareness and the ability to translate client requirements into technical integration solutions.
* Ability to act based on experience, making informed decisions and providing effective solutions in complex project scenarios.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships at the director level, -with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A strong analytical approach to problem solving and detailed analysis when needed.
* Ability to act based on experience
* Knowledge and experience of working with Agile delivery methods, including scrum and TDD
* Some experience in integration across a number of eCommerce, ERP, POS and WMS systems.
* Degree level education or equivalent preferred.
