About the role
As the Compliance Manager at Energy & Utilities Skills Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS), you will be at the heart of maintaining the integrity and regulatory compliance of our services. Reporting to the Responsible Officer, you will ensure that the company’s policies, processes, and systems are not only compliant but also robust and effective in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You will take the lead in driving our self-review process, conducting risk-based internal audits, and identifying key areas for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, reducing regulatory risks, and ensuring that the organisation is always prepared for external audits.
Additionally, you will provide strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that regulatory changes are fully understood and factored into key operational and strategic decisions. You will also support staff training initiatives, enhancing organisational knowledge and capacity to manage compliance-related challenges proactively.
Who we are looking for

You will have a natural ability to analyse complex data, draw insights, and communicate these effectively to a wide range of stakeholders. Your interpersonal skills will be key as you collaborate across teams and work closely with external regulators. A proactive and systematic approach to work is essential, as is the ability to identify risks and create practical solutions to mitigate them.
