Job Description:
A Training Process Support Specialist job in Worcester, MA is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will assist in the leadership, administration, and coordination of the plant's training and employee resource programs and processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence. This position is onsite and will report directly to the Human Resource Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Track training for EHS, Quality, Operations, and HR to ensure compliance with internal procedures, OPA, ISO requirements (14001 & 9001), and the Client Values and Philosophy.
2. Develop digital/online tracking of training requirements.
3. Support the development of training and knowledge materials via books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information.
4. Support new hire training, including maintaining all training documents, training new hires, and any re-training that may be required. Ensure our program adheres to Client's MESH program.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure training materials are effective and relevant.
6. Maintain the group's cross-training matrix(ces).
7. Provide training to both individuals and groups as needed.
8. Complete special projects as needed.
9. Demonstrate flexibility to work shifts and overtime to provide training support across all shifts in the group you support.

Required Qualifications:
1. An associate's degree from an accredited institution is required.
2. Minimum 1 year in manufacturing.
3. Must be proficient and have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Some college-level courses preferred.
2. Some knowledge of Power automate (PowerBI and related systems).
3. Previous experience in training.
4. Experience using augmented reality or other software programs.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong presentation skills.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
