Role Responsibility We are looking to recruit a KR9 Training and Testing Officer within KCC, Adult Social Care Systems Team. This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months. It is a full time role (37 hours per week) however part time/job share applications will be considered. The primary location for this role is home-based, but occasional office work in Maidstone may be required. The training and testing role focuses on the use of specialist business IT system MOSAIC within the Adult Social Care and Health directorate. As the Training and Testing Officer, your role will be to ensure that staff are confident and can accurately operate systems in a way that reflects the operational and management information requirements for the Directorate. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of MOSAIC as well as meeting the Job Description and Person Specification. You will be highly organised, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in social care and technology. This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
