The Job you will be doing
* Order entry using bespoke order management software
* Tracking and managing any courier deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time
* Communicating with couriers via telephone and email
* Communicating with customers via telephone and email
* Communicating with suppliers via telephone and email
* Completing and updating daily tasks from shared on-line calendar
* Answering sales enquiries via phone and email
* Serving customers on our trade counter
About you
* Previous sales or administration experience in a sales office
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* Good basic level of IT and keyboard skills
* Telephone enquiry experience
* Parts matching experience using technical drawings of appliances is desirable
* Good team player
* Polite, friendly and eager to learn
