We are currently partnered with a Medical Device company who are industry leading within the Diabetes space, supporting their search for a Diabetes Support Specialist.
They are looking for someone who is able to support their teams with the pump / HCL start process in a fast paced environment with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
The role:
The Pump Start Administrator plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the pump start process across the UK. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with NHS accounts, ensuring a seamless order process, and overseeing pre- and post-pump start logistics. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, service provision, and smooth patient onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Account and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all NHS accounts involved in pump ordering and patient care.
• Act as the primary point of contact for NHS teams regarding pump orders and service-related queries.
Order Processing and Coordination
• Oversee the pump ordering process, ensuring all orders are placed and processed smoothly.
• Liaise with our office team to confirm orders are received and dispatched on time.
• Monitor and track order status, addressing any delays or issues promptly....
