This internship will be an exciting 3 months supporting the team in a fully operational role, where you will have the opportunity to be involved in both project-based assignments and cross-functional work. Your role will include: Alongside your role as a summer intern this will teach softer skills such as communication, teamwork, commercial awareness, digitisation and innovation. Identify, design, implement then manage process improvement initiatives for immediate team and wider business units. Experience 360° feedback with management regarding your current development and performance What do I need to apply? You will be working towards a degree in any discipline with an interest in Business or Economics. Work experience in a business environment would be beneficial but not essential Have the self-determination and ability to drive your own development throughout the summer.
