A look into the role Henderson Wholesale IS Department currently employs over 50 Technical IT Specialists covering the areas of Software Development, Project Management, Network Infrastructure, and Application and Technical Support. We are responsible for the Development and Support of over 70 in-house and third-party systems which ensures the successful operation of our business. Workingas an IS Project Manager, you will be part of a large friendly fun IT Team with responsibilities as follows: Ensure delivery of complex projects to agreed business requirements and schedules while maintaining high quality assurance Identification of resources needed and assignment of individual responsibilities Management of day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope changes Form part of the IS Project Management Office and participate on a regular basis. Provide IS representation on business change project teams Analyse, manage and engage stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of business change Ensure that projects follow cyber-security, information security and GDPR policies. Ensures project materials are organised, current, and shared appropriately. Skills for Success Joining us as Information Services Project Manager the minimum criteria youll need is: 2 years experience in a Project Management Role. Working experience of Project management methodologies, in particular the Agile methodology. Ability to manage and collaborate with the technical team to understand the technical approach, challenges and risks Ability to lead discovery phases, facilitate workshops and elicit project requirements to achieve the best possible delivered product Highly analytical with an ability to develop solutions to technical problems The Attributes youll need include: Good team leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills and a team player Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines Are we right for you? This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
