Job Opportunity: Supported Living Manager (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire your team, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for both colleagues and the people they support.
* Develop creative, person-centered solutions that promote autonomy, choice, and privacy for service users.
* Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure a safe, compliant, and enriching service.
* Manage team performance, conducting supervisions, appraisals, and regular team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
* Support and guide the Assistant Service Manager in overseeing colleagues' performance and development.
* Commit to personal growth, attending training and development opportunities as needed.
What You'll Bring:
* QCF Level 5 in Care, Promoting Independence, or Health and Social Care.
* Proven experience in a social care setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards, confidentiality practices, and the Care Council for Wales Code of Practice.
* Strong IT skills and a full, clean driving license, with flexibility for travel.
