As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll report to our Managing Director and Operations Director and oversee our awesome team of content creators, digital marketing experts, and media specialists. This is a hands-on role which is all about delivering results through strategic and technical digital marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising paid and organic marketing strategies that drive real ROI for our clients.
In addition, you’ll also be crucial in defining our own marketing success. You’ll develop our in-house strategies which will strengthen our position as industry experts and leaders. Regular content contributions, campaign planning and project management will be essential.
Activity Summary…
* Develop, set up, and manage high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
* Conduct audience research, ad targeting, and A/B testing for continuous optimisation.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives to maximise results.
* Create data-driven reports with actionable insights for clients.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure best-in-class paid strategies.
* Develop SEO strategies that drive organic growth for clients in premium and luxury markets.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation.
* Manage technical SEO audits, resolving issues to improve site performance.
* Implement content strategies for long-term organic growth.
* Track and report on SEO performance, providing strategic recommendations.
* Work with developers and designers to implement SEO best practices.
* Analyse and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels to maximise ad performance.
* Use Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager to track campaign success.
* Collaborate with creators, designers, and the wider marketing team to create high-impact digital campaigns.
* Work on email marketing, marketing automation, and CRO.
* Provide monthly reports for clients with insights and recommendations.
* Embed clients into our tech stack accordingly - including our PM, SMM, Analytics, Ads and reporting platforms.
* Formulate strategies for our clients based on the individual project goals or the hours available from retainers.
* Be hands-on with creating and publishing campaigns including social, ads, press releases and email campaigns.
* Review processes and frameworks for our internal processes to ensure improved efficiencies and best practices.
* Act as an extension of our client’s team – you’ll be expected to know and understand their business in great detail.
* Ensure you’re familiar with latest trends and best practices to ensure we're always ahead of the game.
Requirements

* An expert in paid media having run high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
* Clear understanding of SEO strategy, tracking, and execution.
* Ideally has agency experience and at least 2 years' agency experience in Digital Marketing.
* Is an established Digital Marketing Executive or an Account Executive ready to step up.
* Is self-motivated - we encourage, lead, and support, but we don’t micromanage.
* Hands-on with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush etc.
* Understands both B2B and B2C content marketing.
* Has a strong technical understanding of social media platforms.
* Has experience in campaign planning, creation, management, scheduling, and reporting.
* Ideally has experience in the hospitality industry and luxury brands (a plus, but not essential).
* Has skills in WordPress and MailChimp (advantageous but not required).
* Possesses strong listening skills with a keen eye for detail, able to read a room and the people in it.
* Is highly organised, proactive, and full of energy.
* Learns quickly and can absorb and retain knowledge on new businesses, products, and markets.
* Is hungry to learn and progress in their career.
