Job Description
The successful candidate will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to making a positive difference in the lives of autistic young people.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Assessing and reviewing speech, language, and communication needs.
2. Using specialist knowledge to develop individualized support and adaptations to meet individuals' needs.
3. Working in partnership with other professionals.
4. Providing advice and guidance to develop individuals' access to employment opportunities.
Requirements:
* Speech and Language Therapist qualification
* HCPC registration
* Evidence of post-qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT).
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of a varied range of treatment techniques.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
