The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant/Receptionist.
The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, has great attention to detail, is organised, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a high volume of work and a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively, providing a helpful service both internally and externally.
* Scheduling meetings & preparing the boardroom for meetings.
* Creating agendas and taking minutes.
* Updating organisation charts, phone lists, and project sites lists.
* Arranging travel and accommodation.
* Meeting and greeting visitors.
* Typing reports and formatting training manuals.
* Keeping inventory of office supplies and placing orders for replenishment when needed.
* Covering reception on an ad hoc basis, including operating the switchboard, distributing and dating post, and monitoring all visitors and deliveries.
Qualifications:
* The ability to multitask to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail.
* Logical and methodical.
* Team player with the ability to work alone.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
* Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively.
* Experience working in a similar role.
* Excellent inter-personal skills and a flair for event organising and administration.
