Person specification – Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
13. Must hold a degree from a reputable UK university
14. You must have a clear passion for education as children
15. Must be fully committed to the role
16. Good curriculum understanding and general knowledge of SEN is desirable
17. Good academic background e.g GCSEs and A Levels
