Account Manager - North East Region
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry.
Recruitrite are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Account Managers to work within the North East Region. There are various locations available, and you will be assigned to a designated branch.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and increasing sales for the branch.
2. Proactively selling to inactive and new customers.
3. Handling customer enquiries.
4. Processing orders and quotations using the in-house systems.
5. Sourcing products and placing orders for special goods as requested by the client.
6. Increasing business opportunities through account management skills.
7. Developing relationships with Electrical Contractors, SME, and Blue Chip Companies.
8. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
9. Representing the company at exhibitions and events.
10. Maintaining CRM system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Able to manage a customer base.
3. A proven track record in developing relationships.
4. A good knowledge of the building services, construction / M&E sectors.
5. Ability to negotiate commercial agreements.
6. Highly motivated and driven to excel in all areas of commercial and technical customer engagement.
