Your Role: As the Service Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our service delivery function. This involves managing service transitions, facilitating stakeholder engagements, and ensuring that our projects and services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead the ServiceDesk team to ensure service is delivered effectively across the business and aligned to ITIL methodology.
2. Manage and support the incident management processes including major incidents.
3. Run Service Transition processes on projects and changes to assess and ensure the smooth delivery of services into operational use.
4. Facilitate engagement sessions and workshops with impacted Tech teams to understand requirements and define responsibilities for supporting and managing new services once operational.
5. Contribute to the definition of criticality criteria and the quantifiable and qualitative impacts on the organisation arising from the loss of systems’ availability, integrity or confidentiality.
6. Report on projects, releases and deliveries in Service Delivery.
7. Ensure good working relationships within the broader Technology team.
Essential:
1. Experience in Support Delivery, ServiceDesk, Service Transition, Change Management, Release Management, IT Project Management, Service Design or other IT Service Management discipline.
2. Positive and ‘can do’ attitude.

4. Resilient when faced with challenges.
5. Adaptable and willing to learn.

10. Familiar with SLA and OLA purpose and how they should underpin the contract for the supply of services.
Desirable:
1. Experience of Governance and knowledge of Infosec and Data Protection.
2. Awareness of Cloud technology.
3. Awareness of IT development and infrastructure concepts.
4. Experience in running workshops or large meetings.
5. Experience of working with IT project/programs and/or work streams.
6. Experience of the introduction or transition of new IT systems.
