Skills/Qualifications:
• Understanding of the Early Talent Recruitment Market and student job search trends.
• Experience in internship/placement recruitment
• Knowledge of selection, interviewing, and assessment best practices, including data privacy and equal opportunities, and ability to manage multiple pipelines
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferrable; data literate with the ability to identify trends.
• Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Agile mindset with the ability to respond positively to changing demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• School Engagement: Build connections with schools and organisations to attract diverse talent & meet recruitment KPIs.
• Sourcing Events: Design and deliver engaging sourcing events, insight events, networking events and presentations.
• Candidate Experience: Support candidates throughout their journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience, reducing offer reneges.
• Interviewing: Conduct a high-volume of interviews per week during peak assessment period.
• Budget Oversight: Manage assigned budget ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
• Recruitment Analytics: Perform analytics and reporting, providing real-time insights to the Apprenticeships & Internship/Placement Manager
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of Early Talent trends and competitors, identifying new sourcing methods in a competitive marketplace.
• Project Support: Assist with Early Talent Recruitment Team projects.
Candidate Management
• Manage pipelines for apprenticeship programmes, ensuring continuous candidate engagement and an exceptional experience.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics such as source channel effectiveness, diversity statistics, assessment pass rates, and offer renege analysis to identify and address any barriers in the recruitment process.
• Be onsite in London on Mondays and Fridays to assist with logistics and conduct interviews.
• Support onboarding and engage with new joiners to ensure timely and efficient processes.
Relationship Management
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and third-party owners.
• Engage faculty at all levels to deliver customised events both in-person and virtually.
• Build strong school partnerships to enhance brand awareness and attract diverse candidates.

• Knowledge of selection, interviewing, and assessment best practices, including data privacy and equal opportunities, and ability to manage multiple pipelines
