TeacherResponsibilities
* Planprepare and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year1 students.
* Implement appropriate teachingstrategies to engage and inspire students.
* Assess and monitor student progress providing regularfeedback and setting targets for improvement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculummaterials and share best practices.
* Maintain asafe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectfulbehaviour and positive relationships.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provideupdates on student progress and address any concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings professional developmentworkshops and other school activities asrequired.
Requirements
* Bachelorsdegree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Year 1 students in a primaryschool setting.
* Excellent knowledge of theNational Curriculum and assessment methods.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs ofindividual learners.
* Dedication to ongoingprofessional development and a commitment to staying uptodate withthe latest educational practices.
* Flexibilityand adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
