Job Title: Sewing Machinist (Industrial)
Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: £12.69 to £13.69 per hour dependent upon experience
Shifts: Monday- Thursday - 8am to 4.45pm and Friday 8am to 1pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent - Will also consider directly permanent for this role.
Our client, a local manufacturing company and supplier of soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced 'Sewing Machinist' to join a busy team of Machinists.
As the Sewing Machinist, you will;
1. Work on industrial sewing machines, sewing mainly PVC fabrics.
2. You will be assisting with the crafting of soft play centres.
3. Operating Industrial Sewing Machines with a walking foot.
4. Sewing PVC fabrics
5. Collaborating with other team members
6. Have a keen eye for detail.
7. Uphold commitment to quality work.
As the Sewing Machinist, you will have the following skills /experience ;
8. Previous experience of industrial sewing
9. Good attention to detail
10. Ability to learn and develop.
11. Happy to work to tight deadlines.
For this role training can be given to candidates who have previously worked in similar type roles.
