The Role
We are looking for a Change Coordinator to join our Vehicle Line Management Team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all engineering changes that are managed as part of the Norton NPD process. This will entail running regular change management reviews.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in the Automotive sector, looking to drive efficiency and innovation through structured change management processes.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage Engineering change requests across multiple business departments
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration between VLM, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality functions across UK and India
* Assess cross functional implications of proposed changes
* Maintain accurate documentation of change processes, including approvals, modifications, and implementation timelines
* Maintain and issue change management KPIs
* Facilitate change control meetings and track progress through completion
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies during change implementation
* Provide change management training and support to process users
Personal Specification
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Desirable)
* Previous experience of change management, engineering coordination, or a related role in the automotive industry
* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency with IT systems including office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
