Job summary AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities and procurement services for the Trust. We are looking for a Estates Maintenance Assistant to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated and professional individuals capable of working well within our current Estates team. Main duties of the job To undertake, without supervision a variety of tasks which would include:- Lighting checks Replacement of lighting tubes or bulbs Cleaning diffusers Fixing of notice boards, clocks, notices etc Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles Cleaning extract fans and ventilation grilles Replacement/re-fixing of toilet seats Replacement/re-fixing of hand/safety rails Inspection and first aid repairs to flooring Re-washering hot and cold water taps Temperature checks water services Care of curtain tracks, blinds etc About us AGH Solutions was born out of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, a hospital and community services trust based outside Keighley, West Yorkshire.
