As we say, Nobody Does It Better. https://www.arcinspirations.com/ Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the Manahatta brand, its marketing and roll out programme into key cities across the UK. You’ll live and breathe the brand and can bring your knowledge to the role and really help drive this unique brand forward. In this role you will, Be the guardian of the Manahatta brand – in proposition and creative identity, working with the Marketing Director to continually develop and evolve the brand to ensure it meets customer needs. Work with the broader marketing team to ensure all Manahatta creative output aligns to the brand. Own and plan the annual marketing customer plan to ensure communications and activations for key seasonal events are in place to grow trade. Strategy planning for all activations including food and drink menu launches, seasonal events and new promotions. Briefing your plans to the executional marketing teams (POS, social media, website, targeted email etc) and project managing all activity to ensure it is delivered on time. Carry out strategy planning for the marketing of all new site openings including customer/location research and understanding, internal and external site signage/branding, launch PR, advertising and digital marketing. Staying abreast of competitor/market trends and applying this to brand development. Gain a thorough understanding of Manahatta customers – what motivates and influences them and apply this thinking in all communications that you create. Skills required Circa 4 years’ experience of planning and executing multi-channel, seasonal and/or strategic marketing plans using social and digital marketing, CRM, in site activations and PR. Experience in developing brand strategy and extracting customers insights to do so would be preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be super organised, dynamic and comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes pressurised environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously Great interpersonal skills – must be able to develop relationships with a variety of people across the business, in our office and in venue. Previous experience of working in hospitality or retail would be preferred but is not essential. A relevant degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
