To support the Council's drive to become Council of the Future, we are looking to appoint on a temporary full-time basis a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer & Business Support Assistant who will enjoy working in an environment of continuous change and improvement.
You will be educated to SVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a positive 'can do' attitude and the drive to make it happen in a busy working environment delivering a high-quality responsive service.
Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and data protection legislation requirements. You must be able to work accurately to deadlines within a busy team, ensuring excellent customer support to both internal and external customers.
The role will suit someone with good customer service skills and previous experience working with the public, focusing on efficient and effective front line and business support in line with Place Services requirements.
This post will be office-based within Dalgrain Depot, Grangemouth, working within our Waste Services Department.
This post will be required to work 37 hours per week, with core hours being 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a Full Time Temporary position until 11 January 2026.
