As a business, we understand the necessity for a healthy work/life balance. As such, we offer reduced working hours and flexible working if required. We are a small but perfectly formed team; everybody plays a key role in this business, and we must ensure that any additions to our team are the right fit personality-wise.
Experience would be desirable, but as we work in such a niche sector, we are realistic about this expectation. Drive, enthusiasm, and the ability to communicate with a variety of people with differing personality traits is a must. We can train an individual on the unique working processes our business has in place, but we cannot give you the initiative to carry them out.
As we are a small team, there may be occasions where you are working on your own for short periods of time, or there might be days where there are only a couple of people in the office. We are looking for somebody that does not let this affect how productive they are; we need somebody who can consistently perform their duties.
