Brief Description of the job’s function
This is a busy & varied role within the production office covering a number of different aspects, including:
Arrange transport for deliveries of the product, parts and other goods leaving site
Preparation of dispatch notes/ labels and other documentation for dispatches
Issuing of picking priority lists and BOMS to factory operatives
Supporting warehouse cycle counts and investigating reasons for variances as necessary.
Review picking capacity plan to ensure we are on track to meet FDD’s
Bulk & part packing of BOMs
Goods in data entry, including records of WIP sent to/ from sub-contractors for processing
Ad hoc duties within the operations team.
Experience:
Previous experience within a Logistics Coordinating role is desirable
Ability to prepare and analyze data, both numerical and graphical.
Ability to work across departments & achieve positive results.
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and decision-making skills is essential.

Must be willing to develop interpersonal and communication skills
