Main job duties:
10. Answer and react efficiently to all inbound enquiries to the business via phone, website, email, webchat, post or other method, always providing first class customer service.
11. Conduct telephone consultations using knowledge of products & services.
12. Qualify (against set criteria) all enquiries and schedule appointments for the Area Sales Manager’s (ASMs) effectively using geographical knowledge.
13. Administrate all paperwork associated with meetings i.e., Calendar’s, CRM, Opportunity tracker etc.
14. Update cloud-based CRM Software.
15. Nurture inbound enquiries to the point where they meet set criteria for a meeting.
16. Send out quotations/proposals via email.
17. Where possible, support with customer sales – liaise with the design department to assist you with raising quotations for customers which do not qualify for an appointment.
18. Communicate with the ASM’s and support administratively whilst they are away from their office including distribution of quotations, email correspondence etc.
19. Liaising with other departments when required.
20. Using Sage line 50 accounts software to process sales orders and carry out the full sales order processing (SOP) process.
21. Maintain and update customer database ensuring compliance with GDPR.
22. Promote the company through use of digital and social media platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
23. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to discuss marketing communications and how this activity can be supported.
24. Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times, maximising the customer experience.
25. Support the Sales & Marketing Management team as reasonably requested with ad-hoc projects, holiday cover etc.
26. Send sales contracts to customers at point of ordering using Adobe Sign
27. Manage & update sales & marketing materials
28. Support with marketing events preparation
In return, our client will offer:
29. Salary: £22,500
30. With OTE £28,000 to £30,000
31. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00, 1hour lunch
