We’ll give you full training for our part-time and full-time roles. Sense now has opportunities for Relief Support Workers to join us in vibrant Glastonbury. This is a casual role, with flexible hours. The work involves varied shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, evenings, and days. We are looking for people who want to have flexibility but are able to offer commitment and shared values in return; a great role for someone looking to get into the care sector! For genuine occupational reasons, we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
1. Positive, with a can-do attitude.

3. Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives.
4. Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.
5. Have a full manual UK Drivers License.
Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live an independent life. The duties for this role in Glastonbury include:
1. To support individuals/groups within the home, center, and community.
2. To provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
3. To deliver services which meet or exceed organizational expectations and standards.
