Salary Range: upto £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Role Overview:
The Senior Technical Project Manager at FIX8Group will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex AV and technology-based projects. You’ll be working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that all technical requirements are met, while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. As a senior leader, you will also mentor and guide other members of the projects team, sharing your expertise and best practices.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and managing a talented team to deliver multiple, high-impact technical projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver bespoke AV and technical solutions.
* Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to provide regular project updates, along with identifying risks and proactively solving issues to avoid delays/disruptions.
* Developing detailed project plans, CAD technical drawings, timescales and budgets, ensuring the most efficient use of resources.
* Preparing comprehensive financial budgets and presenting these proposals to clients.
* Overseeing the installation, configuration and commissioning of technical solutions to ensure quality standards are met.
* Developing new business by drawing on existing relationships and developing new relationships to enhance the markets which the Company operates within.
* Responsible for internal quality process of the approach to projects, making continual improvements to refine and enhance the business.
* Taking personal responsibility for making things happen, finding practical ways to overcome barriers and ensuring the team honour promises/commitments.
* Driving the highest standards of quality and health, safety and welfare for on-site activities.
* Staying up-to-date on the latest AV technology trends and products.
What you will bring:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong technical background in audio-visual, IT or similar industries.
* Expertise in managing complex, large-scale AV or technical projects from concept to delivery, delivering on-time and on-budget.
* Solid understanding of AV systems, including sound, lighting, video and control systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a collaborative attitude.
* Excellent degree of analytical, numerical and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe and CAD.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* A flexible attitude to on-site working for extended periods of time which may require evenings and weekend working as required.
