Salary: £35,000 basic OTE £55,000
We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Dover area.
This is a superb opportunity for a Service Manager to work for a busy and well-established main dealer site, working for a strong brand.
You will be looking after a busy and professional department where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department: from day to day running of the workshop, managing the Technicians/Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, and ensuring that the Service Advisors are very customer-focused and achieve upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
You will also be working closely with senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met. We are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and exceed targets.
You will be an individual who prides themselves on customer service, works well with the staff to get the best out of the department, and someone who will make the department their own. This is a busy department with a strong reputation within the area.
We will consider candidates from either a prestige or volume background, as it's individual and proven qualities that we are looking for.
A proven and solid Aftersales/Service Management background is essential, as we need the individual to be of the highest calibre.
Main dealership experience is essential, with at least 3 years required.
Relevant systems experience such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1 Link would also be advantageous.
