We’re looking for a driven, detail-orientated digital marketer to join our small but busy marketing team. This role will help to shape and deliver our strategies across channels including websites, social media, video, email and print.

We’re Ecotile Flooring Ltd, based in Luton, Bedfordshire. We’re a rapidly expanding industrial flooring manufacturer, with a strong track record of developing the potential of our employees. As the leading manufacturer of PVC interlocking floor tiles, we supply the world’s most prestigious engineering, electronics, construction, and manufacturing companies with our innovative flooring solutions.
Who we’re looking for…
We’re looking for someone who loves all things digital and who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. A good sense of commercial awareness and attention to detail is essential. You don’t need to be an expert, but if you’re curious, hands-on and excited to learn, we’ll help you become a well-rounded digital marketer.
You’ll manage website content within WordPress and Shopify, keeping our websites consistent, visually engaging and customer-focused. Some basic coding knowledge is a bonus but not required.
You’ll have some hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system with marketing automation tools. It’s important that you understand how a CRM fits into marketing strategies and supports wider business goals. If you’re still learning the ropes, we’ll provide the support you need to master it.
We’re a small but well-formed bunch, so teamwork is key to our ongoing success. Along with self-motivation, belief, and the confidence to use your initiative and expertise in all things digital.
* Practical experience gained in a similar digital marketing role or relevant degree qualification
* You’ll have a strong understanding of websites and search engine marketing
* You’ll have experience using a CMS like WordPress
* You’ll have experience using AI tools like ChatGPT
* You’ll have some experience using CRM systems with marketing automation tools
* Experience of digital asset creation (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Video editing experience is beneficial
* Knowledge of paid media campaigns and audience selection
* You’ll know Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush (or similar)
* You’re a creative problem solver and able to make content exciting and engaging
* You’re able to translate data into insightful reports
* You can analyse the success of campaigns using social and web metrics
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise objectives
* You’re able to meet deadlines
* Familiar with seeking and using feedback to grow
* Experience in B2B marketing beneficial
* You’ll be able to provide examples of previous content that you have created
What You’ll Do and Learn
You’ll have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and develop your skills, all with the guidance and support of our experienced team. Here’s what you’ll get involved in:
* You’ll learn the ins and outs of HubSpot, helping the business leverage its features and training the wider team to get the most out of it
* You’ll help create and improve pages on our B2B and B2C websites, contributing to our strategic goals while learning how to craft engaging and effective digital content
* You’ll organise and publish web pages, case studies, white papers, and blog posts, developing your writing and content management skills
* You’ll create marketing emails and learn to manage logic-based automation workflows within HubSpot, gaining hands-on experience with marketing automation
* You’ll help develop and manage a CRM data strategy, learning how data drives effective marketing and customer engagement
* You’ll assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic to our websites
* You’ll contribute to campaign strategies, research keywords, analyse competitors, and test new content ideas. You’ll also work with our SEO agency, learning how to implement recommendations and improve website performance
* You’ll use HubSpot for marketing campaigns and help guide our sales team, developing your understanding of how marketing and sales work together to drive growth
* You’ll develop skills in crafting compelling brand stories and messaging
* You’ll help execute paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, learning how to target the right audiences and optimise ad performance.
