About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigated Paralegals specializing in Motor Recoveries to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in motor recoveries litigation, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a caseload of litigated motor recoveries claims from inception to conclusion.
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
3. Conducting legal research and providing detailed case analysis.
4. Liaising with clients, defendants, and third parties to negotiate settlements.
5. Preparing cases for court proceedings and attending hearings when necessary.
6. Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.
About you
1. Proven experience as a paralegal in litigated motor recoveries.
2. Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
3. Excellent drafting and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in legal research and case management.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
