About the Team
We are looking for a dynamic Service Design and Transition Coordinator to oversee service performance and delivery, ensuring exceptional support and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a small team of specialists to maintain and improve service levels across the business.
Responsibilities
* Leadership: Support various projects and guide project contributors, providing training and support to enhance performance and professional growth.
* Service Design: Identify support teams, define their scope, and establish KPIs for new and updated services.
* Service Transition: Coordinate activities to prepare services for optimal IT support.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to better serve internal and external customers.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for stakeholders regarding SLAs, project updates, and service improvements.
