Our team is made up of clinical specialists, team lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapists, and senior Physiotherapists who work collaboratively across Bristol and Weston hospital sites. Main duties of the job
You will manage a varied and complex caseload of patients with pelvic health problems.
Throughout your role, you’ll be building relationships with new multi-disciplinary teams and developing and enhancing your professional career with unique benefits, opportunities, and incentives such as:

Person specification
Knowledge and Experience
* A variety of experience in core areas as a post-graduate physiotherapist such as musculoskeletal, neuro, respiratory.
* Significant experience at senior level in MSK physiotherapy services.
* Significant experience at senior level in pelvic health physiotherapy.
* Experience of people management including undergraduate students.
Skills and Abilities
* Demonstrates a commitment to own and others’ professional development.
* Committed to team working.
Qualifications and Training
* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
* Health and Care Professions Council registered.
* Demonstration of continued education/training in specialty area.
* Postgraduate training at master’s module level or equivalent related to clinical specialty.
* Involvement in Relevant Special Clinical Interest Groups e.g. POGP.
Knowledge and Experience
* Significant experience of clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching.
* Knowledge and experience of using clinical outcome measures and audit.
* Understanding of the political and professional agenda.
* Experience of implementing change.

* Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving strategies.
