What Does the Role Entail?
The client seeks a passionate and hands-on F&B Manager to lead their talented food and beverage team in an operational capacity. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the two restaurants and uphold standards, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, improve standards, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the dining experience at the hotel. This is a fully flexible role working 48 hours a week on a rota-based system.
What Skills Will You Have?
You will ideally have food and beverage management experience and a strong understanding of all things hospitality. You should possess a genuine passion for customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
