Salary: maximum £24,000
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new processes.
Responsibilities:
* Customer interactions: Answering customer phone calls, responding to inquiries, and helping customers complete orders.
* Record keeping: Maintaining customer records, service tickets, and other information.
* Administrative tasks: Managing phones and email accounts, processing transactions, and preparing quotations.
* Problem solving: Finding solutions when products are unavailable and escalating issues to the appropriate person.
* Reporting: Providing reports as needed and informing management of any requirements.
* Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and supporting the organization's governance.
* Professional development: Taking on-the-job and external training and continuing to develop professionally.
Experience:
* Previous Sales Order Processing experience.
* Customer Service experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well organized.
* Ability to work as part of a small team.
* Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office.
* Experience of using an MRP system.
