We provide Telephony Solutions, IT Network Services, Security Solutions, Disaster Recovery, Managed Print, and Connectivity. To help take our business to the next level, we are looking for a hungry, self-starting Business Development Manager (along the M1 Corridor, north of Birmingham).
Package:
1. £35K-£50K basic (inclusive of car allowance)
2. Double OTE
3. 25 days holiday + BH + birthday off + rises 1 day a year for 5 years with length of service
4. Office (Staffordshire) 1/2x a week unless back to back with appointments
5. Brilliant quarterly company incentives
The Role/Experience Required
1. Good knowledge of telecom and IT solutions
2. Experience in selling solutions including VOIP, Connectivity, Mobile, and IT managed services, with a confident approach to generating brand new business
3. Superb communication skills and the ability to have meaningful conversations with clients
4. Proactive, go-getting attitude and hunger to develop
5. Demonstrate a good level of resilience
6. Confident in going out to booked client meetings and completing the full 360 sales cycle
