Job Title: New Business Processing Administrator - Berkswell
Our client is seeking a New Business Administrator to join their Wealth Management team based in Berkswell. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop a thorough understanding of the new business process and assist in its development as needed.
2. Handle all forms of new business submissions.
3. Create New Business Events and update them once on risk / NTU’d.
4. Ensure cases are progressed to transfer completion and plans are flagged as at risk.
5. Update Salesforce with comprehensive plan details.
6. Follow procedures to close transferred / re-brokered plans.
7. Add fund accounts and initial funds, including full account details such as risk profile, account type, and mandate.
8. Download and save all contract notes to client records.
9. Communicate with clients regarding new plans and send policy documents where applicable.
10. Send regular updates to Advisers regarding their cases.
11. Coordinate with the Compliance Department for case sign-offs and ensure all pre-submission tasks are completed.
12. Arrange medical appointments with clients as needed.
13. Maintain and update threads on Salesforce, ensuring all tasks are completed.
14. Perform fund switches when new business is finalized.
15. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned.
